I have spent over 25 years at the intersection of technology and global operations. Currently leading enterprise operational transformation, I am accountable for a $50MM managed services platform spanning over 50 countries. My career is built on the belief that complex systems don't respond to emotion; they respond to structure.
The Mission
I founded Veteran2Veteran LLC as a professional laboratory to solve a single problem: How do we build durability in unpredictable environments? This entity is the home for my research into organizational resilience and the frameworks I developed as the author of Survival of the Fittest.
The Portfolio
- Veteran Advocacy: I apply enterprise-grade rigor to help veterans navigate the bureaucracy of the VA. We replace outrage with the "VA Claim Operating System"—a structured framework for disciplined execution.
- Practical AI: I build job-safe, "calm" AI infrastructure for professionals. We focus on repeatable workflows and human judgment, ensuring AI serves as infrastructure rather than entertainment.
- Systems Design: I teach leaders how to build "Operating Systems" that work when they aren't in the room, focusing on operational durability and institutional literacy.
The Philosophy
My work is grounded in my experience as a U.S. Navy Veteran (Desert Storm) and a career in global technology leadership. Whether I am architecting an AI workflow or helping a veteran secure their benefits, the goal is identical: Systems over Luck.
